- At Blanco, we guarantee that all our products are new, unused, and undamaged.
- Returns and exchanges are available within a maximum period of 7 days from receiving the order, and returns will not be accepted if this period is exceeded.
- If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match the invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and explain the problem you are experiencing with your order. Blanco will cover the cost of returning and replacing the product at no extra charge.
- The customer shall bear the return cost of 22 riyals of the value of the products, if the product is intact and he only wants to return it for any reason.
- The exchange is available to the customer at no shipping cost unless the customer decides against it.
- If the product belongs to a collection, it is not returned on its own but for the entire collection.
- The customer is entitled to one exchange per order.
- Regarding delivery app requests, returns are made through the same app.
- Please note that once the shipping label is issued for the order, no modifications or cancellations can be made, as the order will then be ready. If you wish to cancel, you can refuse to accept the order from the delivery person upon delivery.
How to retrieve:
- Blanco will bear all return costs for damaged products only. If a return is requested without any problem with the product, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
- If the order was shipped free of charge, and the customer wishes to return it without any problem with the order, Blanco has the right to recalculate the shipping cost for the return of the product.
- If a customer receives a voucher with a monetary value for purchases from the website, they are not entitled to claim the voucher's monetary value and can only use it for purchases from the website.
- If the products were purchased using a voucher, the customer is not entitled to demand the return of the products and receive their monetary value, and will be compensated with a voucher of the same value.
- For your health and safety, and because they are personal care products, Blanco prohibits returns or exchanges of body or skin care products.
- For orders outside the Kingdom, the option to return and refund money is not available unless a damaged product is received.
- Orders that have used discount codes specific to television programs cannot be returned.
- If the products were purchased through Tabby or Tamara, the return is done by contacting the payment company (Tabby or Tamara).
Refund policy:
- If the aforementioned return policy is available, the customer has the right to return the product and receive a refund for the amount of the returned product only, without calculating the basic shipping fees, provided that the amount of 22 riyals, the value of shipping the returned products to the store, is deducted from the customer.
- If you encounter a problem with your order or if you wish to return the products, they must be in their original condition .
- Refunds will be issued for orders paid by Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard, via bank transfer. Blanco customer service will be provided with the customer's bank information and the amount will be transferred to the customer as soon as we receive the return. The process of receiving the amount in the customer's account takes 1-14 business days.
- If payment was made upon delivery and a return is requested, the payment upon delivery fee will not be refunded.
- If products were purchased through Tabby or Tamara, refunds will be processed by contacting the payment company (Tabby or Tamara).
Damaged products:
- Blanco Store guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if any product is damaged, please notify us within three days of receiving it. Blanco Store will replace the product free of charge.
Modify or change the order:
- If you wish to modify an order (add or remove a product), you can do so before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified; instead, you can place a new order, and the shipping costs for the new order will be borne by the customer .
